Melissa Smith is a clinical consultant, RN, wife, mom of four, and a survivor of a healthcare-associated infection in 2007. She is passionate about healthcare and patient safety. In her current role, she supports the adoption of innovative products, evidence-based best practices from the bedside to the boardroom, and influencing change to improve outcomes for all patients.
